We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Guest Services Assistant. The primary responsibilities of the Guest Services Assistant are to provide general office support with a variety of administrative activities and related tasks. The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, mail distribution, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Qualifications:

The successful Guest Services Assistant must possess:

  • High School diploma or its equivalent
  • Ability to effectively interact and create relationships with team members as well as clients
  • A cheerful personality
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus
